We got there about 10 or so and didn't leave until they closed around 5:00.
The Henry Doorly Zoo is awesome for those of us who've only really seen Hogle Zoo. Animals are so much more into their own habitat, instead of just little cages.
We were able to have all the Utah relatives go to the zoo at the same time, with the exception of Eric's parents who took Grandma & Grandpa to buy a new bed set. :D
The kids were able to feed birds and even pet a sting ray.
All in all I think they had a great day, but they were exhausted by the time we left.
After the zoo we headed back to Grandma & Grandpa's for a dinner of the pizza purchased for Friday. It was kept in the deep freezer, so it stayed "fresh."
