Knock, Knock, Knock...

After a month-long hiatus, I finally decided to update the blog....with ALL of March's happenings. It comprises 9 total posts!

Had I been smarter I would've done things as they came, but I didn't. Then every time I looked at my picture folder I realized how much work I had ahead of me and put it off...but this weekend I decided enough was enough and I got my butt in gear and got them all posted. It only took me 5 days. GEEZ!

NO MORE PROCRASTINATING!!!

Keep reading for the updates.

Easter 2013

One of these years we'll need to put in a special request for the Easter Bunny to come on Friday night, instead of Saturday night. Somehow I always forget.

So anyway, the kids all woke up and looked for their baskets immediately. A couple kids kind of forgot the cardinal rule that they aren't supposed to remove their baskets from the hiding spot until Mommy gets a picture...

...The Bunny hid Tanis' basket so high that Tanis couldn't reach it and had to wait for Dad's help...

...Tanis was less than pleased...

...Nate was the one who took his basket before I got a picture. I'm told his basket was in the washing machine...

After church we headed to Eric's parents house for dinner and our annual pictures. I had to laugh at a lady in the ward who told us we all looked so cute together that we needed to have a picture taken. I told her that was the whole reason we all matched and we were definitely going to get pictures.

Sadly because the trip to Eric's parents is at least an hour, Ailey fell asleep in the car. We wanted to do pictures before anyone ate, so Ailey had a rude awakening and didn't really want to cooperate for pictures.

...We wanted to see Ailey better, so Eric turned around. Tanis just happened to be goofing off at the same time...

After a nice meal and after she had woke up a bit, Ailey was having the time of her life and we were able to get some cuter pictures of her. Although, she is missing her tights and her shoes. You can't win 'em all.

We then went to visit my parents for just a bit. Sadly all of my siblings had pretty much left my parents house and my mom was super stressed out, so I was pretty bored. Eric was able to play his new game with my Dad and a couple brothers, though - so it wasn't a total loss.
